We are seeking people to join our Food & Beverage team.

All non-RSA are currently filled - we will only be bringing on RSA staff.


Roles available are:


General Public – Retail Food & Beverage

  • Bar Attendants (must be 18+ & hold a valid nationally recognised RSA)
  • Food Attendants – must have experience in a similar role
  • Baristas – must have experience (a barista qualification is desired)

Premium – Hospitality Food & Beverage

  • Premium Bar Attendants
  • Waitstaff, including fine dining
  • Suite Attendants
  • Corporate Hosts
  • Baristas – must have experience (a barista qualification is desired)

Successful applicants for all roles will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • An energetic and committed work ethic
  • Impeccable grooming including a great ‘Customer Service Smile’

Shortlisting for successful applicants will take place immediately and a group interview invite will follow.

Weekend availability is essential. The nature of this role means that you will be required to work on both event and non-event days at Optus Stadium and Stadium Park, which means plenty of weekends and evenings – but that’s when the fun happens.

Previous experience is a plus however all training will be provided.
